Frequently asked questions
Questions about the ambassador programme
Share your love of tufting and earn commission on what your followers order.
What is the Dutch Tufting ambassador programme?
As an ambassador, you share your tufting projects, tips and experiences on social media, your blog or other channels. You get a personal link. If someone orders via that link, you earn commission and that person gets a discount. Show what you make with our tufting guns and tufting wool.
How much commission do I earn as an ambassador?
You get 10% commission on the total order that comes in via your personal link. The amount is reserved and added to your personal balance. You can ask us at any time what you've earned. A popular start for your followers is the tufting starter kit or the tufting starter set.
What do my followers get?
Anyone who orders via your link automatically gets €10 off their first order. That way you help others get started with their first rug, and you earn commission on it. For all the basic information, send your followers to the tufting guide for beginners or to the article what do you need for tufting.
How do I sign up as an ambassador?
Use the contact form at the bottom of this page. Tell us briefly why you'd like to take part, and include your social media accounts if you have them. Once approved, you'll get further explanation and your unique link. Have a question first? Ask it via the contact page, or read the frequently asked questions.
When is my commission paid out?
As soon as your balance reaches the payout threshold, we pay out the commission whenever you want. The threshold is €75 if you want to receive the amount as money, or €25 if you choose a voucher. With a voucher like that you can order new tufting wool or tufting cloth, for example.
What other benefits do I get as an ambassador?
As an ambassador, you get a fixed discount on our range, you're among the first to hear about new products, and you get a nice gift now and then. We support you every step of the way. Take a look at all products, or get inspired by the benefits of tufting with an electric tufting gun.
