Email us at info@dutchtufting.com, call us on the number on this page, or use the contact form. We help you with questions about your order, our products or using a tufting gun, and we do our best to reply as quickly as possible. Many answers are also in the frequently asked questions.

Include your order number and, if possible, send a photo or video of the problem. That way we can see straight away what's going on and find a solution or replacement. Tufting guns and electrical products come with a 2-year warranty, with free maintenance in the first year. Read more under general information.

Of course. If you get stuck stretching your cloth, threading your yarn or adjusting your gun, just ask. Many beginner questions are also answered in the tufting guide for beginners and in the article is tufting difficult.

Email info@dutchtufting.com to say that you want to return an item, and include your order number. Within 24 hours you'll receive the return label and instructions. You have a 14-day cooling-off period, and returns are free. All the details are on the returns page.

Yes. If your business is based in another European country, enter a valid VAT number in the cart; you then check out at 0% VAT. In the Netherlands, prices include VAT and you receive an invoice with a VAT breakdown. Large rolls of primary tufting cloth are available at wholesale prices. More under general information.
