Order today, delivered tomorrow: we deliver orders in the Netherlands and Belgium within 24 hours. Within Europe we deliver in 1-5 days. All orders come with track & trace.
Not satisfied with the product? We have a hassle-free return system. Email us via info@dutchtufting.com and state that you wish to report an item for return, including the order number. We will provide you with the label and return information within 24 hours.
What could be better than peace of mind? All our items come with a 2-year warranty. On every tufting gun you also get free maintenance in the first year after purchase, fully covered: adjustment, parts and labour. Something broken or damaged? Contact us and we will sort it out properly. Email info@dutchtufting.com if you want to report damage, and please include your order number.
VAT within the Netherlands:
If you live in the Netherlands, the prices shown apply. including VAT. With every order, you will receive an invoice with a VAT specification that you can use for your tax return if you are a business owner. Therefore, you do not need to enter a VAT number in the shopping cart; this is also disabled for Dutch companies.
VAT in other European countries:
Companies established in Europe are not required to pay VAT. The VAT is then reduced to the 0% rate. However, it is important to enter a valid VAT ID number in the shopping cart to deduct the VAT amount.
Customs:
Because Europe allows free trade, you will never receive an extra bill when our items are delivered. If this is nevertheless the case, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?
Order today, delivered tomorrow: in the Netherlands and Belgium we deliver within 24 hours. To the rest of Europe it takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on the country. Everything you need to get started, from tufting gun to tufting wool, reaches you this quickly.
Which carrier ships my order?
We ship with PostNL or DPD, always insured. The carrier that delivers your parcel is chosen automatically, based on the destination and the shipping option that gets to you first. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get a tracking code by email. Have a question about your shipment? Get in touch via the contact page.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free from €100. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, so you see them before you pay. Please note: shipping is not free for large cloths on a roll. Just under €100? An extra cone of tufting wool or some tufting cloth always comes in handy.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders you place on a working day are usually processed and shipped the same day. You'll hear from us as soon as your parcel is on its way, with a tracking code by email. In the Netherlands and Belgium, you then have your order within 24 hours. Want to know more about ordering and payment? See general information.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, you get a tracking code by email the same day. You use it to follow your parcel with PostNL or DPD. Has your parcel not arrived, or is it damaged? Email us with your order number via the contact page, and we'll sort it out properly with you.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to countries all over Europe. Delivery there takes between 1 and 5 working days. Within the European Union, you won't get an extra bill for customs on delivery. Are you a business in another EU country? Enter a valid VAT number and you check out at 0% VAT. Read more under general information.
